En fait pas vraiment, il suffit de lire ceci :

Et de faire un test, lors d’un test vous allez voir que la fréquence cardiaque ne dépasse pas 160 ppm. Donc à moins de faire du sport avec une fréquence cardiaque inférieure à 160 ppm ou alors d’avoir un certain âge … je ne suis pas sûr que c’est pour demain que l’on ne va plus avoir de ceinture …
